Weekly Classes

Join us every Tuesday and Friday for class at 8:15am ET. Please login a bit early as class will start promptly at 8:15. If prompted for a password when entering, please use the one included in your Yoga Lab Membership Welcome email. Recordings will be available here for 2 weeks.
