Nicole and I are back! September 7 we return for the next installment of our monthly Reiki + Sound Healing sessions! We open limited spots for each session to ensure everyone is comfortable and able to enjoy a longer personal Reiki experience. $40 exchange via the registration button below. Sunday Slow Down

Join me for this soothing Sunday ritual. Every session will feature a combination of some of the following self-care modalities: gentle, restorative, and yin yoga, acupressure, sound healing, breath work, guided meditation, and more. I will be bringing ALL of my yoga therapy tools to support you during these special sessions. Pre-registration requested via button below. Tickets are transferrable but non-refundable.

Yoga of 12-Step Recovery
Third Sunday of Every Month
September 21, 5:00-6:30pm
What is Y12SR? A healing community experience combining 12-step meeting principles, trauma-informed gentle yoga, and mind-body-spirit connection. This 90-minute community practice will consist of a 45-minute movement practice followed by a 45-minute traditional 12-step meeting. This is a safe, open space for anyone recovering from addiction or affected by the addiction of others. I will be co-facilitating this very special offering with the trusted and talented Melanie Speranza, RYT200, Y12SR Peer Support Specialist.
