The Steady Practice
A monthly membership for consistent, accessible movement and nervous-system support
Life doesn’t always allow for long, luxurious classes, perfect schedules, or consistent routines. The Steady Practice is designed to meet you where you are with reliable support you can return to whenever you want, again and again.
This membership offers a balance of live connection and flexible, on-demand practices, so you don’t have to choose between structure and autonomy.

FAQs
How do I know if this is a good fit for me?
This membership is a good fit if you’re looking for:
regular, reliable support rather than occasional drop-ins
prioritizing intelligent, accessible movement over quick fixes and flashy sequencing
shorter practices that complement a busy life
a smaller, consistent community rather than anonymous streaming
If you’re looking for unlimited classes or the lowest possible price point, this may not be the best match…and that’s okay! If you’re looking for the same care and expertise I put into my studio classes, then you’ll feel right at home.
Do I have to attend the classes live?
Live attendance is encouraged but not required. Replays are available so you can practice on your own schedule.
How long are the on-demand videos?
Videos range from 10–30 minutes and focus on all aspects of yoga!
Is this appropriate for beginners or people with injuries?
Like all of my classes, these practices are designed through a therapeutic lens, to be accessible and adaptable, with options offered. You’re encouraged to move within your own comfort and capacity.
How often is the library updated?
The library is updated monthly to reflect a new menu of class themes and options.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Membership is month-to-month. Canceling requires just a quick email to me, no questions asked.
How much does it cost?
The membership is available for $55 per month. This works out to less than $7 a class. Remember, this isn’t just yoga. This is Yoga Therapy - access whenever you want, all month long, at a fraction of the cost of a single private session.
What if the price is a stretch for me?
If this work would be genuinely supportive but cost is a barrier, please reach out. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available.
